Email Reports
Email Report Group
You can create an email report group to send email reports to multiple recipients. You can add multiple email addresses to the group and have your reports sent to all the recipients in the group.
Create Email Report Group
- Go to the Settings section of your workspace.
- Click on the Email Reports tab.
- Click on the Create New Group button.
- Enter a unique name for the group.
- Enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to add to the group.
- Click on the Create Group button.
Edit Email Report Group
You can edit the email report group to add or remove recipients from the group.
- Go to the Settings section of your workspace.
- Click on the Email Reports tab.
- Click on the Edit button next to the group you want to edit.
- Add or remove email addresses from the group.
- Click on the Update Group button.
Delete Email Report Group
You can delete the email report group if you no longer want to use it.
- Go to the Settings section of your workspace.
- Click on the Email Reports tab.
- Click on the Delete button next to the group you want to delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
Sending Email Reports
When you run a test case or a test suite, you can choose to send an email report to the recipients in the email report group. You can select the email report group from the Send Test Report To dropdown in the Run screen. For more information on running tests, refer to the Run Test Cases or Run Test Suites guides.
For local execution, you can also send email reports by providing the email report group ID in the command line. For more information on local execution, refer to the Local Execution guide.
