Email Reports

Email Report Group

You can create an email report group to send email reports to multiple recipients. You can add multiple email addresses to the group and have your reports sent to all the recipients in the group.

Create Email Report Group

  1. Go to the Settings section of your workspace.
  2. Click on the Email Reports menu.
  3. Click on the Create New Group button.
  4. Enter a unique name for the group.
  5. Enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to add to the group.
  6. Click on the Create button.

Edit Email Report Group

You can edit the email report group to add or remove recipients from the group.

  1. Go to the Settings section of your workspace.
  2. Click on the Email Reports menu.
  3. Click on the Edit icon next to the group you want to edit.
  4. Add or remove email addresses from the group.
  5. Click on the Update button.

Delete Email Report Group

You can delete the email report group if you no longer want to use it.

  1. Go to the Settings section of your workspace.
  2. Click on the Email Reports tab.
  3. Click on the Delete button next to the group you want to delete.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

Sending Email Reports

You can configure the email group in the Execution Profile to send email reports after the test run is completed. This allows you to receive test run results directly in your inbox.

For local execution, you can configure the email report group ID in environment variable. For more information on local execution, refer to the Local Execution guide.
